The phonathon manager at Tufts University celebrated this holiday season by baking cookies for her staff. The headset is my favorite part.

Congratulations on your big move! The New Year looks bright already. I can’t even remember how I began following your blog or what prompted me to join the linked in group. I know it’s been a while, and I appreciate all of the insight you’ve shared.
